Concerning our Handyman Services for the Enderby area:

Each Company associated with Around The House™ and the All-around Group™ is an independent Franchisee whilst being part of a nationwide network. They are expected to operate within strict guidelines designed to protect you the service user. Although the operators run their 'own show', they are part of a much larger organisation that provides a code of best practice covering all areas of work offered within the network.

The All-around Group™ gains much pleasure in facilitating the finest services, and we take the greatest care with all those associated with us. Although complex in nature, our role where you the "end-user" are concerned is principally that of a facilitator. In essence, we match a myriad needs to available resources.

Contractually speaking your arrangement is with the operator whose services you accept here in the Enderby area. Responsibility and/or liability remains with them, and they are required to have a full public liability and indemnity policy. You can rest assured that should there ever be a cause for concern or complaint, we offer a full investigation and arbitration service.
